Four production lines, one supplier
Marking, welding, chain forming and inline chain welding. Pick the process you need to run and we match the machine to the metal, the wire diameter and the volume.
Choose by the process you run
Each track leads to a machine family with published specifications, not a generic product list.
Laser marking & engraving
Fiber sources from 20 W to 100 W for hallmarks, karat stamps, logos, serial numbers and deep engraving on gold, silver, stainless and brass.
See marking machines → 02 / WELDINGBench laser welding
YAG welders from 60 W to 200 W with stereo microscope for prong re-tipping, sizing, finding attachment and repair work at the bench.
See welders → 03 / CHAIN FORMINGChain making machines
Rope, spiga, snake, ball, box, rolo, cable, curb and bismark machines covering 0.11 mm fine wire up to 5.5 mm heavy link.
See chain machines → 04 / CHAIN WELDINGInline welding sources
YAG and QCW fiber power sources that weld each link as the chain is formed — from 80 W YAG up to 300 W QCW.
See welding sources →Power is chosen by depth, not by budget
All fiber markers in the range run at the same 1064 nm wavelength, the same ≤ 7000 mm/s scan speed and the same ≤ 0.01 mm repeat accuracy. What changes with power is how much material you remove per pass.
- 20–30 W — surface marks: hallmarks, karat stamps, batch codes, QR codes.
- 50–70 W — deep engraving on rings, tags and findings in fewer passes.
- 100 W — deep marking plus light cutting of thin sheet and blanks.
- Enclosed or open frame — EST-FEP is a closed cabinet; EST-FP is an open desktop galvo with a 110×110 or 150×150 mm field.
| Model | Power | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| EST-FEP 20W | 20 W | Hallmarks, karat & batch codes |
| EST-FEP 50W | 50 W | Deep engraving, rings & tags |
| EST-FEP 100W | 100 W | Deep marking + light cutting |
| EST-FP 20/30W | 20–30 W | Open desktop galvo, mixed materials |
| EST-F1 | 2 W fiber / 10 W diode | Portable, 70×70 mm field, ≤ 0.001 mm repeat |
Bench repair and production welding are different machines
The Mini 7 and Mini 10 families share the same YAG source and cooling; they differ in display size and bench footprint. Above 200 W the work moves off the bench: the EST-JWP200 is floor-standing with a water chiller and a 5 kW draw.
- Mini 7 (JW60E–JW200E) — 54×29×29 cm, 7" touch-screen, air and water cooling.
- Mini 10 (JW60EP–JW200EP) — 57×29×29 cm with a 10.8" screen for longer sessions.
- JW80 — 29 kg benchtop with stereo microscope; optional Heraeus xenon lamp and Motic optics.
- EST-JWP200 — 200 W floor unit, 1–25 Hz, argon and microscope options for production runs.
| Model | Power | Display | Format |
|---|---|---|---|
| JW80 | 80 W | 7" HD | Benchtop, 29 kg |
| Mini 7 JW100E | 100 W | 7" | Benchtop |
| Mini 10 JW150EP | 150 W | 10.8" | Benchtop |
| Mini 10 JW200EP | 200 W | 10.8" | Benchtop |
| EST-JWP200 | 200 W | 10" | Floor, water chiller |
Machines are selected by chain style and wire diameter
Wire range is the first filter. A rope machine set for 0.25 mm wire will not run 3 mm box link — that is a different frame.
| Chain style | Model | Wire diameter | Machine weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rope | EST-C-RCM | 0.25 – 0.8 mm | 170 kg |
| Chinese rope (fine, high density) | EST-CRC | 0.11 – 0.35 mm | 185 kg |
| Spiga / wheat | EST-SPIGA | 0.11 – 0.55 mm | 121 kg |
| Snake (hollow) | EST-SNC | 0.2 – 1.5 mm | 208 kg |
| Cable, all-in-one | EST-C-F450 | 0.19 – 0.45 mm | 185 kg |
| Box, solder powder | EST-C-BX1 | 0.6 – 1.0 mm | 83 kg |
| Box, integrated laser welding | EST-C-BX2 | 1.2 – 3.0 mm | 176 kg |
| Rolo / belcher | EST-C-RLM | 1.2 – 5.5 mm | 180 kg |
| Bismark | EST-C-BCM | 0.2 – 1.5 mm | 180 kg |
| Ball / bead | EST-C-BOC | 0.8 – 2.0 mm | 285 kg |
| Diamond-cut finishing | EST-C-FCM | up to 1.2 mm | 550 kg |
All chain machines run on 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz. Full dimension and capacity sheets are on each model page.
