Most equipment enquiries come down to three numbers: the wire diameter you run, the laser power the job needs, and the output you have to hit per shift. Our catalogue is organised around those numbers rather than around marketing tiers.
Every model page lists its actual capability — wire range, power, pulse energy, cooling method, voltage, footprint and weight — so you can rule a machine out before anyone picks up a phone.
- Laser marking — fiber sources 2 W to 100 W, enclosed cabinet, desktop galvo and portable formats.
- Laser welding — 60 W to 200 W YAG benchtop welders and a floor-standing 200 W production unit.
- Chain making — nine chain styles from 0.11 mm fine wire to 5.5 mm heavy link, plus hammering and faceting.
- Chain welding — YAG and QCW fiber power sources for welding links inline as the chain forms.

We ask about the work, not the budget
The first questions are always the chain style or marking job, the metal, the wire diameter and your site voltage. Recommending a 200 W welder to a shop doing prong repair helps nobody.
We publish the specification
Power, pulse energy, pulse frequency, cooling, marking field, wire range, dimensions and weight are on the model page — before you enquire, not after.
We say when a machine is wrong
If your wire diameter sits outside a machine's range, or your output target needs a second unit rather than a bigger one, we will tell you that instead of quoting anyway.
We stay involved after delivery
Commissioning support, parameter setup for your specific metal and wire, consumable and spare part sourcing, and operator guidance through the first production runs.
Three kinds of workshop, three different machines
Jewellers and repair shops
One bench, mixed work, limited power. Typically a 60–100 W YAG welder with a stereo microscope and a 20–30 W fiber marker for hallmarks and personalisation.
Designers and small manufacturers
Short runs, frequent design changes, deeper engraving. Usually a 50–70 W marker for depth in fewer passes, and a 150 W welder that handles both repair and assembly.
Chain and volume manufacturers
Continuous output, fixed chain styles, three-phase-grade site power. Chain forming machines paired with an inline QCW or YAG welding source, plus faceting to finish.
